I completed the upgrade from windows 7 to 10 few weeks ago. so I don't know if that is the issue or not. but my computer just goes off. when I turn power on again it says my computer encountered a problem and needs to restart. it also said if I wanted more info on the problem to look into... System_Thread_Exception_Not_Handled. The next time it started it said it could not locate my one drive folder and wanted to create a new one. I am in way over my head. if someone could explain at least the error message to me that would be an idea of where to start.
