Please check account with which your WWW service is running. Log in to server with admin (farm admin) account and change the service account to Local Service or to Farm admin account restart the service and then check statusRegards, Pratik Vyas | SharePoint Consultant | http://sharepointpratik.blogspot.com/

Ok, is there any host header you use to browse your company web on Intranet site ? Also as you have mentioned you are able to get internet site so again is there any host header on that site ? If yes then definitely chaeck bindings in IIS. Also check AAM settings on central admin page. And I guess the excat error is - HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable - right ? Normaly we go to : http:\\intranet and then our intranet starts Internet works fine. No problems there. It's only the intranet what doesn't work What are AAM settings? The exact error is indeed HTTP error 503. The service is unavailable.
