email not receving internal and external

Hi,

We have 2 mailbox server DAG and 1 Client access server. today we had VM disk issue and shutdown the one of mail box server and now no email in/out internal and external emails.

check mail queu, sarted all exchange services? , check smtp connector logs

Hi Kavin,

Thank you for your question.

By your state, Exchange DAG didnt failover when a member of Dag go shutdown. So we should make sure all database are mounted on another member of DAG and its copy was activated manually on another member of DAG for message flow by the following command:

Move-ActiveMailboxDatabase <databasename> -ActivateOnServer <mailboxname> -MountDialOverride:None

If the issue persist, please post NDR which we get it when we send email to ibsexc@microsoft.com for our troubleshooting.
