hi all,

my environment is 4 hyper-v host running in failover cluster, dpm backup VMs, recently some VMs backup failed, finally discover the problem only occur in one host, migrate vm to hosts backup will resume to normal. Did a lot of google, below action i did but no help.

1. windows update on affected host

2. update dpm agent

3. check automount enabled

4. remove and install hyper-v service

5. remove and install failover clustering service

6. check c:\progradata\........\hyper-v\virtual machine security permission

7. re-register VSS service and dll

The error logged in host:

Event 10137, Hyper-V-VMMS

No Snapshots to revert where found for virtual machine "xxxxxxxx" (Virtual Machines Id xxxxx)
