By setting the new page to be the default location for a site collection. If you want more detail then you might want to tell us what you're trying to do in more detail as well.

Hi

From your description, my understanding is that you want to display new form of a list in SharePoint site home page.

To achieve it, using SharePoint Designer.

You have to go into the page in Designer->edit the page->and select the Insert tab from the ribbon -> New Item Form -> select "CUSTOM LIST FORM..." -> Choose the list for the form you want to show and the content type, click OK -> Save the page in SP Designer and it will now show on the page embedded as a form.

Hi,

Per my test, if you want to display InfoPath browser based form on home page, you need to set the newifs.aspx as the default form.

You have to go to the list in Designer->choose the newifs.aspx, Set as Default:

Then following the steps I have offered to add the new form in the home page.
