I am using SCCM with MDT so looking setps to deploy images via MDT with help of SCCM packages for instance we have SCCM packages so same to imported to MDT? used for OS deployments? can i have steps plaese totally requirement is needs to map ISO file (boot WIM) after that OS  deployment has to start automatically with help of SCCM packages

If youre using SCCM, you perhaps want to run your all Task Sequence via SCCm, and not via MDT standalone. And ofcourse you can add packages, command lines and applications to your TS. Remember to tick on TS enablement in packages and applications before adding them.
