I hope you need to add
secondary server computer account to SMS_SiteToSiteConnection_<primary server site code>
to get the access.

Please see:
About the Management Point Database Connection Account
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb632370.aspx
If you configure this account, you must manually add it to the smsdbrole_MP role in the Configuration Manager site database so that the management point obtains the required rights and permissions. If you do not configure this account, the management point's
computer$ account is assumed to be in a trusted forest and Configuration Manager 2007 attempts to add it automatically to the smsdbrole_MP.
Therefore you should not add the account into the role since it is trusted by default.
Do you encounter any problem when the management point try to access the site database? Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
