Can you please try for closing/re-opening your admin console and try to distribute new package to DP and see if it works.

Yes, I tried that as well.  I thought it was the missing WMF 3.0 on the DP's since sp1 but I've installed that on all, redistributed, and did a content validation.  same...

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with CSS as they can work with you to solve this problem.
