Hi Did you try installing the agent manually? Good if you review the pending agent tab, Check the setting in administration pane. Chandan

I already installed the agent manually. And in the administration pane ,for connectors i get the message -"Create your own connector do not use this connector". How am to create a new connector? Coz in administration pane there is no such option. Dpkas

Hi Wht are you trying to create a connector? As you installed this agent manually then as Chandan has asked - have you enabled manual agent installs and, if so, have you approved this agent? This url details how to change these settings: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc540379.aspx Are you seeing this mesage without any other messages in the operationsmanager event log. The message you are seeing is normal operations manager behaviour unless that is the only message you are getting. If you change a management pack (e.g. a SQL overrides MP) then you'll see this and then the affected SQL Servers will download the new version of the MP. On the Servers that need the new version of the MP, you'll also see events 1201 and 1210 in the operationsmanager event log as the new version is downloaded and then begins being used.
