component stopped for site maintenance

2012r2 single parent with 50 secondary's, MP, DP, PXE

1 of my secondary sites stopped responding to clients (most likely due to a hard crash)

All the local services are running, all the IIS app pools are running but still getting the 500 internal error from this http://sccm20.local/sms_mp/.sms_aut?MPLIST

So I performed a site recovery and that completed successfully however problem still exists.

So I pulled up the Configuration Manager Service Manager and I see half my components are stopped for site maintenance.

Where should I go from here? Thanks.

I noticed that the AD System Management mssMSManagementPoint was missing but the child mSSMSSite was there so I deleted the child and am now trying another recovery
