cmis standard?

Besides SP2013 apparently not supporting LIKE for string matching in queries, apparently it does not adhere to the CMIS 1.0 STANDARD for string-literal escape sequences.  An apostrophe (single-quote) should be escaped with a backslash ( \ ).  This does not work in SP2013.  You must use "'" to replace a single-quote.  No where close to adhering to the CMIS standard.
