you need to check a few things first 1) Do you have any ConfigMgr. clients installed? If Yes, Update the collection membership and perform a collection refresh (all done with a few right clicks) 2) If you do not have any clients, enable the discovery processes, and determine an installation method.Kent Agerlund | My blogs: http://blog.coretech.dk/author/kea/ and http://scug.dk/ | Twitter @Agerlund | Linkedin: /kentagerlund

Hello - Check whether the SCCM client is installed on the client machine and it's able communicate with MP (check client side logs locationservices.log, clientidmanager.log). Also, verify boundary is added properly. Please check that you have configured the discovery properly. Disable the firewall or open the required ports. Refer to this link for Ports used by configuration manager. Update the collection membership and refresh the console. After the clients are populated in the console then you can do a push installation. There are other client installation methods discussed in this article Determine the Configuration Manager Client Installation Method to Use. Hope this will be helpful...
