change Task list

Hi,

I have a sequential workflow created using Visual studio. When the workflow was first created, I selected the existing "Tasks" and "History" list.

After deploying the wsp, when configuring the workflow for custom list, I tried selecting the "new task list" and "new history list". The workflow is not working when the new task list is selected, and is working if I select the existing task list.

Is it possible to change the task list in visual studio to point to new task list and new history list? If yes, how to do it?

Thanks

In your Visual Studio go to the workflow created, Like If you created a project called TestWorkFlow and the workflow file is called Workflow1 click on it and open your properties window, you should have two properties task list and history list

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

I followed your steps. In the step "select the list you will use when debugging", there I can see only workflow history and Tasks list. There is no option to Select "New Tasks" or the "New workflow history" list.
