ccrretry.box
I noticed that our ccrretry.box has about 1,200 CCR Files in it. We have already deployed the sccm client to all machines over 1 year ago and the last time I looked in this folder it has about 20 files. That was about 1 month ago. why on
earth would it have so many? does this mean all of these machines are broken and need the client? or are these dead records read from AD?

do you have autmomatic client push enabled? Check the ccm.log, it will give you information about the push attempts. Someone might have initiated a client push on the All Systems collection - that wouldn't be the first time I see that.Kent Agerlund | My blogs: blog.coretech.dk/kea and

Agree with Kent this might be because of Client Push enabled. Similar issue:

Also the CCRs (Client Configuration Requests) could be generated as a result of AD Discovery taking place ... so if they come back you know it is Discovery doing so.
