cannot open report file(excel File) in project server 2013,What should I do??

when I click on the report, the report opens by office web app but is caught in a loop the loop does not end there.i check with Uls This Errors Find : 

1) alternate access mappings have not been configured.user or services are accessing the sitehttp://portal.xxx.com with the url http://YYYYY

2)can not find site lookup info for request uri http://YYYYY/x/_layouts/.......

I recommend to check if the Alternate Access Mappings is configured for the corresponding web application with the URL http://YYYYY in Central Administration.
