Hi: I did an application install for client. however, he cannot see any report , and he is the only one of our customers that has this problem. Other customers don't experience this. So this is the error he got : canno impersonate user for data source _________- Logon Failed The user's password must be changed before logging on the first time Exception from HRESULT 0x80070773 When it says "The user's password must be changed before logging on the first time" in the error, I asked him for the password of the account which the Reporting Service was installed under. but it didn't seem to help. I checked the local admin -> user rights, make sure this user was there, but didn't seem to help. Any ideas?

Hi karen, Go to My Computer, right click mouse -> select Manage -> Local Users and groups -> Users -> select user in question and on tab "Genaral" uncheck "User must change password at next logon". Reset password if needed and restart sql server services if needed.Sergei
