can report server deploy to sharepoint 3 service (standalone)
there are at least 4 ways to deploy to SSRS in sharepoint-integrated (or native) mode:
- Create new /edit report directly with Report Builder (New Button in SharePoint Library when SSRS-Contenttypes are active)
- Deploy from Visual Studio BIDS to SharePoint URLs
- Batch/commandline Deploy via RS.EXE (Only SSRS 2008 R2 supports integrated )
- manually upload RDL/RDS Files to sharepoint library´

"In SharePoint integrated mode, a report server must run within a SharePoint server farm", do it mean cannot deploy a report to WSS3.0 site?
