I need to use the SCCM's SQLServer for a ASP.NET website ,buy the dreamweaver can not connection it with Windows authentication ,maybe just i don't know - -! so if i change it into mixed mode is that a problem or something wrong come out ?

There is no SQL Server Authentication only option, it is either Windows Authentication (only) or (both) SQL Server Authentication and Windows Authentications. ConfigMgr uses Windows Authentication so either choice works.
