We're having a problem where local users(main office) can upload and check in documents, but remote users (satellite offices, etc.) cannot upload documents. I've been assure by our network admins that the ports are not blocked, so what else could cause this?Albert Buswell

They either get a pge saying that IE can't display the web page, or a popup that reads 'there was a problem with the web server. Try again later, or contact the Server Administrator.. Also, this only happens with users that are at remote sites. When they are in the main office thay don't have any problems.Albert Buswell

You might want to check the event viewer and 12\logs for the actual error message. Most like it will have to do with the AAM mappings if the rest all issues are configured right. Did you uploading the same file while logging in from main office? It might also be related to the size of the document. V
