can't access https://servername:32844/topology/ topology.svc

Hi all,

We are trying to establish cross-farm Search service application.  All setup steps are verified at our test farm.  When we follow the same steps at product farm there is no luck to set up the trust.  After further digging, the problem could be the topology service is not accessible (https://servername:32844.topology/topology.svc).  I checked IIS web services, app pool (up), Power Shell (get-spserviceapplicaiton) to query topology services for the farm.  Power Shell show all endpoints with SSL in scheme and I can access them via port 80 but not 443.  In the browser I have this error:

This page cant be displayed

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://servername:32843 again. If this error persists, contact your site administrator.

At this point I have no idea where to check for further troubleshooting.  Any suggestion/tip is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Sally

The Uri https://ServerName:32844/Topology/topology.svc requires an NLB address for high availability to be consumed by another farm?

Example: https://NLB_URL:32844/Topology/topology.svc
