using the calender template and event receiver i have stopped double booking for a single event. it all works fine for single event. but is there any way to check overlap for a recurring event. The end time taken by the recurring event is the DURATION for which it repeats . that is the reason it prevents any booking within this period. i need to modify the calender template i am stuck.

thanks a million for the reply Pengyu Zhao the problem i am facing is, suppose i book a recurrance meeting from 1/1/2011 to 31/12/2011 then if try to book a meeting anywhere between the above dates i get an error "BOOKING CONFLICT" for single bookings the CAML query works fine to check for conflicts but for recurrance meeting i get the above error. any help would be appreciated.
