hello, i want to create to autorisation workflow when modifying a user. is there a priority in the execution of the 2 workflows and what happens if there another wf Action which launched between the autorisation workflows. why the second wf autorisation is not launched thx

The order of workflow execution is not deterministic within a stage. So all Authentication works run before Authorization workflows which run before Action workflows. However, if you have an authorization workflow A and authorization workflow B, you can't gaurantee workflow A runs before B. Sometimes its A then B, sometimes its B then A.
