Hi, I have 2 lists. One list is a change register, that has a muli line text field. During a change, all updates are entered into this field and appended to the field so all updates are recorded. When the status of the item is changed to Closed, I have set up a workflow that copies the contents of that field into a history log. The problem is that only the latest entry in the field is copied over. How can I make sure that everything in the text field gets copied? Thanks Dave.

The append to field makes use of versioning to keep track of previous data. Your workflow will need to go through the older versions of the item to read each of them and copy those accordingly.
