i need to show some external site in a sharepoint page for the customer. I dont have page viewer web part visible to me in web part gallary yet. So i was thinking i can use IFrame for now or object tag. but SharePoint does not allow these tags any more. What could be the alternative to these? Hi Moonis - may I ask why don't you have the page viewer web part? That is a default web part installed with SharePoint.

I was surprised to see it that i only see list view web part in the web part gallary. I dont see any other web part. Customer provided a restricted site and dont want to provide full control. I dont know which permission in sharepoint can hide web parts. I dont have full control in the site but site itself is a subsite and i dont have access any where else. i exported the page viewer web part from another server as dwp file and imported to the customer site, it worked well. however i discovered that there is really no out of box alternate to do IFrame other than page viewer web part.
