alternate css does not seem to work
I try to change the background of my sharepoint 2010 header bar. My problem is that the changes I make to do this seem to have no effect. This is the situation: I have a publishing portal. I added an Alternate.css to the style library on the following place: Style Library > Themable > AMCustomMain > On this same location I added a image called 'AMHeader.png' The content of the Alternate.css file is as follows .s4-title { background:#FF9B21 url(AMHeader.png) repeat-y scroll 0 0; } Then I opened site settings > look and feel > Master Page and selected alternate.css at Alternate CSS URL and selected the option 'Reset all subsites to inherit the alternate CSS URL' The result? Nothing changed. Is ther somebody who knows what I am doing wrong?

Hi Erik, Please post SharePoint 2010 related posts in its separate forum.
