Isatap has nothing to do with Audio and if they had Yellow exclamation points they were not working anyway. Have you tried re-installing the audio driver?
On a Windows Vista-based computer or on a Windows Server 2008-based computer, the Microsoft Inter Site Automatic Tunneling Address Protocol (ISATAP) adapter appears with a yellow exclamation mark next to it in Device Manager. You can safely ignore this error
More often than not when a device isn't working it is because the driver has become corrupted. Re-installing a fresh copy should helphttp://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isnt-working-properly?SignedIn=1

Hi Allen,
As ZigZag said, the Microsoft Inter Site Automatic Tunneling Address Protocol (ISATAP) adapter is nothing to do with audio. You can safely ignore this error message. This error message does not indicate a problem with the adapter. The adapter will continue to work correctly.
About the audio issue. Firstly please check if your "Windows Audio service" is running fine:
1. Click the Start Button, type "services.msc" (without quotation marks) in the Search Bar and press Enter to start Services.
2. In the right pane, please check whether the Windows Audio service is started.
3. If not, please double click the service. In the tab "General ", make sure the "Startup Type" is "Automatic". Then please click the button "Start" under "Service Status" to start this service.
Also, you can run audio Troubleshooter by going to Start -> Control Panel -> Troubleshooting -> Troubleshooting audio playback -> Follow the wizard to complete the troubleshoot.
