all my list without menu bar how can i restor it

You can probably restore it on each page individually by using the "Site Actions" menu to "Edit Page". You should then be able to see the web part for the list view on the page. At the top-right of the web part click on "Edit" then "Modify Shared Web Part". You'll then see an option for "Toolbar Type", set it to "Full Toolbar". I suspect the reason that this is happening is because someone or something has edited the AllItems.aspx file used when the lists are created and changed the toolbar settings. When a new list is created, the AllItems.aspx is read from the file system and a copy made in SharePoint for that list. If you do a search in your 12 hive (c:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\web server extensions\12) you will find a number of AllItems.aspx files (I'm not sure which one will be the correct one). To prevent this happening again I think you will need to find the correct one and undo the changes made to it.

thanks steven but i try to add as webpart and still not show the toolbar that have new and action. also i try to find this files insid 12 folder but i can't find it also i try to make repair for sharepoint and after it is reparing and create a new site still in the new site same problemThanks for any help :) my blog is: http://www.waelk.com
