Hi Prashanth, Go to Doc Lib settings > Permissions for this document library and check is it inheriting permission from parent or not ? If its inheriting permission from parent stop inheritance and then you will get option to add a new user under NEW button. Just add the G3 group with required permission. hthWarm Regards, Pratik Vyas | SharePoint Consultant | http://sharepointpratik.blogspot.com/

Hi Prashanth, If its inheriting permission from the parent then you will get only Actions button under Doc Lib settings > Permissions for this document library To stop inheritance click on the Actions button and select Edit Permission which will copy permissions from parent and stop inheriting it from parents later on you can edit as per your requirement which will create unique permission levels on that doc lib hthWarm Regards, Pratik Vyas | SharePoint Consultant | http://sharepointpratik.blogspot.com/
