As far as we have trust relationship (sharepoint doamin Trusting and User's Trusted), it should work fine. Second, you will have to configure people picker to pick users from another doamin which you can do using command: stsadm -o setproperty -propertyname peoplepicker-searchadforests -propertyvalue <valid list of forests or domains> [-url] <URL> refer: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc263460.aspx http://blogs.msdn.com/rajank/archive/2009/09/20/all-you-want-to-know-about-people-picker-in-sharepoint-functionality-configuration-troubleshooting-part-2.aspx I LOVE MS..... Hi, You would only need to run the command above if the web application account doesn't have read access to the new domain. Also - what trust do you have between the two domains? If the domain in which Sharepoint is installed, isn't trusted with your new domain, you will need to specify a username and password within the stsadm command above. RegardsAaronAaron
