I used to update the Windows client standalone server running WSUS 3.0, and have configured the client with GPOs. all computer was updated.

a few months ago I installed SCCM 2012, I disabled the GPO and a part of PC seems everything works fine, while another part I have a problem central action shows a red cross flag that says Windows update is not configured.

I don't understand why.

I have disabled the GPO and SCCM do not overwrite the existing setting.
Is there a way to force reconfigure WUA? I tried reinstalling configuration manager but it doesn't solve.

Yes, I know this is an old post, but Im trying to clean them up. Did you solve this problem, if so what was the solution?

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) as they can work with you to solve this problem.
