hi I am using scvmm ssp 2.0sp1 to create vms now,and I want to use scom to monitor all the vms. I found before scom can monitor vms ,I must install agent & certificate first on every machine(work on workgroup&linux os) ,can i implement create the vms in ssp and auotmatic join the vms into scom manage? thanks!

You will need to install the SCVMM 2008 R2 Management Pack in your SCOM enviroment. This management pack provides centralized monitoring of your entire virtualized environment. The System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2008 Management Pack for System Center Operations Manager 2007 monitors the health and performance of Virtual Machine Manager components, including library servers, virtual machine self-service Web servers, the Virtual Machine Manager server, the VMM database server, hosts, and virtual machines. The management pack also provides detailed monitoring of the health of virtual machines and their hosts through Virtual Server alerts and performance monitoring. From the Operations Console, you can start and stop the VMM service and the Virtual Server service and can start, stop, pause, and shut down virtual machines.
