Hello - I just upgraded my SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 Environment to be able to deploy Windows 10.

Tasks that were done

-Remove ADK for 8.1 and Reboot
-Install ADK for 10
-Upgrade MDT Deployment share
-Regenerate boot images

Now my existing Windows 8.1 task sequence is failing with the error: ZTI deployment failed, Return Code = -196608 InstallSoftware 7/23/2015 4:59:19 PM 1664 (0x0680)

My SMSTS log says the following  and I am not sure what it wants... this error comes up near the end of the task sequence and all the files it is looking for are on the share. I am sure the answer is staring me right in the face but I am just not seeing it.

Post the whole smsts.log not just part of it.

Have you checked BDD.log and various ZTI*.log?
