ZTI ERROR - Unhandled error returned by ZTIDiskpart: Object required (424)

Hi,

   I am trying to deploy windows 10x64 on vmworkstation 12 pro (I have capture with in same vmworkstation version successfully) with MDT 2013 update 1 (in lab, no previous mdt was installed).  I am getting Event 41002 sent: ZTI ERROR - Unhandled error returned by ZTIDiskpart: Object required (424) as below

When I do diskpart, I can see primary partition.

As my ZTIDiskpart.log showing

Clearly is not creating c: drive. I have upload VMware workstation storage driver (mount install vmware tools> and there is driver session). Put in winpeno luck. Where can I find drivers for vmware?

This image works fine on all Dell Sy

so further testing with VMware Workstation 12 with Windows 10 x64 with MDT 2013 Update 1.

During Vm creation, this time I choose Bios instead EFI as shown below, and deployment works fine.

I have changed my format in my tasksequence to MBR and EUFI (with options IsEUFI equals False\True)

I will test my dell physical computer tomorrow and upload result. So, what do I need to change to make this image available in EFI in virtual.

Ok I wasn't sure about how your process was actually being done. While there have been some projects and experimentation done using hybrid boot methods, this is the general rule:

Legacy/BIOS - MBR
UEFI - GPT

I am using UEFI - GPT but still failing with EFI selection. but If I choose Bios works fine.

So how can I image windows 10 with UEFI in virtual workstati

Same issue has been reported under VirtualBox:

Looks like the issue here is caused by the Driver on the VMWare products, so please consider seek help at the VMWare side and see if they could offer any further assistance.
