Is your site an anonymous site? Also, were you logged in while trying to export? Thanks VV

Hi stavchan, This error can occur if the list you are trying to export has “Request content approval for submitted items” turned on. Even if you are an Administrator of the site or systems administrator, this error will be thrown.
