Yes I did search but not found: How to do cascading dropdown 3 levels. Special request plz read

Greetings.

I have search and have not found an answer for this special 3 level drop-down menu.

Here is my need:

I have 5 groups of people:

  1. AdminL1
  2. AdminL2
  3. PowerUser
  4. ROL1
  5. ROL2

And 4 platforms:

  1. Ldap
  2. ISM
  3. ESXI
  4. Citrix

Each platforms has level of access:

  1. Read
  2. Read-Write
  3. RWE
  4. Admin
  5. No access

So now what I want to do is associate the group of people to platforms and to their level of access:

  1. AdminL1
    1. Ldap
      1. RWE
    2. ISM
      1. Admin
  2. AdminL2
    1. ISM
      1. RWE
    2. ESXI
      1. RWE
  3. PowerUser
    1. Ldap
      1. RWE
    2. ISM
      1. Read-Write
    3. ESXI
      1. Read-Write
    4. Citrix
      1. Read
  4. ROL1
    1. ISM
      1. Read
    2. ESXI
      1. Read
    3. Citrix
      1. Read

Then use this "list" or "library" as a template form (customized by infopath).

The purpose of this is to allow the person filling the form to only use the good level of access for his group and for the platform.

Am I clear or do you need clarification?

I would like to not use any form of C coding (all click and reverse engineered with infopath or generic data connection to owssvr.dll)

Thank you
