Hi create dataFlow task in your SSIS package, then use XML source task wich allow you to create a connection to your xml file and extract data from it. this link will help you to use XML source : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms140277.aspx

if i understand you you want an XML destination. in SSIS by default it don't contain an XML destination component but with Samples you can find DataSetDestination wich allow you to add a new componenet "DataSetDestination" to your SSIS toolbarwich allow you to create your XML destination. you can find this example in "\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Samples\Integration Services\Programming Samples\Data Flow\DataSetDestination Component Sample" if you understand french you can view this link to component installation procedure: http://wissemhabboub.unblog.fr/2008/03/22/destination-xml-pour-le-flux-de-donnees/ else you can read help of sample component

I'm not sure, where you're getting your data, but you can have a Data Flow Task to create your XML file, and then use an XML Task to apply your XSLT transformation.

You can purchase an XML destination adapter that is available at http://www.keelio.com. This adapter allows you to map any SSIS sources to an XML destination. Along with the string concatenation task you can build multi-level XML documents with ease.
