XML Problems with changes on RCDC
Hey, I try to add another TAB to employee, (When Create / Edit a user). In the TAB I inserted Boxes to input attributes (I already configured the attributes and the bindings and all the stuff, including export / import to XML). This works with a couple of attributes / tabs... but when configure more attributes, the XML gives error when try to create a new user - RCDC not displayed well. is there's a limitation for Attributes / Tabs in RCDC? and if not, what is the problem?idan

It's very hard to say what could be wrong without having a look at the XML and even with it! My recommendation is that you have a deep look at the RCDC Reference if there's any limitations you should be able to find it there. If you don't find anything there I recommend you to validate the XML against the Schema that could be found at the end of the reference using Visual Studio and you can read here how to do it: http://idmcrisis.com/post/2009/11/14/Working-with-RCDCe28099s-in-Visual-Studio.aspx //Henrik Henrik Nilsson, ILM/FIM MVP Blog: http://www.idmcrisis.com Company: Cortego (http://www.cortego.se)

add attributes one by one to the tab - you'll find the faulting one. then post its definition here - I had a stupid typing error in mine. BTW, when I had incorrect RCDC template in my form - it was always switching to default view saying something like 'render error'.

Thanks for the answers, I already tried to add attributes one by one but the error keeps coming. you right, it switches to the default view - render error... I'll try Henrik advice to validate the XML against the schema and after that, if it won't wok, I'll try to post the xml here.... Idan.idan
