We have our SUP downloading content from our WSUSContent folder which is located locally

but the wsuscontent folder keeps getting deleted every 3 days and I've searched through the sync logs and have not found any actions taken that would have caused this.

Has anyone ran into this issue?

our Wsus is currently using the WID

but our sccm sp1 is using Sql server 2012 sp1 would this cause the issue?

I've ran the wsusutil reset command each time it gets deleted to redownload the content.

Since no one has answer this post, I recommend opening  a support case with CSS as they can work with you to solve this problem.

Did you ever get a fix for this? We're seeing similar on one of our accounts.
