Workspace moved to site
I am looking at allowing users to use workspaces but I don't know how to set it to MOVE that workspace to a subsite possibly. My question is how do I "manage" this and how the users leverage the power of SharePoint and use a meeting to be productive and proactive and yet when the meeting is over, it's not a mess of "workspaces" that people need to "find" and or "sift through." I want to have users work on a workspace and then have the possibly archived or moved. Is this possible or is there no possible idea like that?

This is Easy.Create a Calander list and create a new entry for a meeting. Set the fileds properly and incase this is reoccuring meeting. At bottom in the meeting workspace, select to create a new workspace and this will take care of rest.It will create the workspace according to the dates and the meeting and will give you a meting workspace for each meeting where you can easily keep documents related to meeting, Set Agenda items, List attendees etc. This is very nice fnctionality. link below explains it just very well:http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA100656201033.aspxI LOVE MS..... Thank you for this Kshitizs, but how do I manage that? How do I check on the meeting information and or get that information into an intuitive location, such as sites currently setup? I want people to FIND things instead of search for them. I want to have the structure in place to take the information and manage it instead of having it all over and relying on search to find it.
