I created a SharePoint empty project and then added a Workflow item to it.

Hi,

After you re-register the workflow using Register-SPWorkflowService , I faced same error message again. After that I open the site using SharePoint Designer and I found that my workflow is already inside the site even feature can't be activated but I can't open the workflow. Error is gone away after I delete those workflows and deploy the workflow again.

I am facing same issue. I have checked in SharePoint Designer also. It is not showing any workflow in "Workflows". Am I referring correct position in SharePoint Designer? If not where I need to see in SharePoint Designer?
