Workflow email distribution error

We are trying to send an email notifying users of new content in a list in SharePoint Online. Trying to send to an shared email account and then re-direct to Outlook distribution. Workflow suspends with following error:

Any guidance as to solution is appreciated

Hi Michael,

Did you mean the email was sent to a group email account by an shared email account?

If yes, I recommend to go to the group settings page and then check if everyone is selected under Who can view the membership of the group.

Please also make sure that all the users inside the group have valid email address configured.
