Workflow Manager download Fails

Hi,

Every time I try to install Work Flow Manager for SharePoint 2013 the web platform installer fails:

Our security people say nothing is being blocked at that address, so does anyone have an idea how I can install Workflow manager?

Thanks

David

The problem turned out to be caused by the Group Policy applied to the server which restricted the installation of applications even through I was an Administrator of the system.
