Does anyone have a work around to work with Word 2010 and SharePoint 2007 saving a document and able to use the Web Properties Profile pull-down list? I was able to save the document to Sharepoint using the information on the website, but when I open the document I still cannot fill in all the required metadata, because the author (attorney) field is not fully populated;only some of the names show up and mine is not one of them. I can only save the document by selecting the wrong person's name. Do you have any idea why the name list is not fully populated? It also will not accept keyboard entry, it seems be purely a drop down list (not a combo box). Any help with this will be very appreciated.
