May be many others already asked the same question but look at my problem too. I have done 3 times fresh copies of windows 7 I compromised on data to get rid of this problem but no use. it freezes randomly on start finding wifi signals or when open chrome or on playing media no matter what application is running the problem retains every time I reboot.

Then I installed w8, first it was ok but after installing updates it started on ms office additionally to the previous hangs. please help and provide some solid solution.

my laptop is inspiron 1545 with 4gb ram
