Following the removal of CA security software ver 7.0.0.270, using "CA ISS un-installer" windows will not restart. All start-up modes fail with a blue screen notice referring to possible problem with software "kmxamrt.sys". I have heard of similar problems with McAfee removal, but have no solution to re-starting my Windows. Would Windows XP System Restore Wizard work, if so is this application on my Sony system and application recovery disc?
