Windows Servers Reports

We are currently running into audit phase of the year, and we require SCCM 2012 to generate a report of all servers in the organization and the software packages loaded on these servers.
The "Windows Server computers" is the default report and when drilled down to each server we get only a general list of information. We need to expand the list to add the following to the list - Exchange server version; SQL server version; Other Microsoft application; Third Party software.
All this must be shown on the drilled down version of the report.
Can anyone recommend the best way to tackle this?
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

You can build the report with v_Add_Remove_Programs view, here is the example
