Has anyone had problems doing a search across a folder of RDL files. I'm using Windows Search 4.0 on XP and it just refuses to look at the content of RDL files..it only looks at the file name.....I have indexing turned on..other files are being searched for content.....Is there anything special about RDL files that is keeping Windows Search from searching the content and not just the file..makes no sense to me..they are just XML files...

I thought the "Index Properties and File Contents" option was global for all File Types selected in the Advanced tab of Indexing Options It appears you have to pick each file type you want to change from "Index Properties Only" to "Index Properties and File Contents" and I hadn't done that for RDL files which are defaulted to "Index Properties Only".
