can I build with project siena windows phone apps?

Is there a demo example?

Hi, Stefan -

At this time Project Siena isn't able to create Windows Phone apps but I believe there have been several requests to do so - you can see this thread here (and add your own requests / vote!) for the requests from the community.

Microsoft does have another tool available that you might be interested in - it's called Microsoft App Studio.  They also provide direction on how to make universal apps so you can deploy to both phone and Windows 8.1.

Does it mean we can't even convert project, created in sienna in portrait mode, in VS to windows phone app? Does anyone tried that or that is completely impossible?

According to Ayuba's post in October 2014, you may be able to convert Siena into a Universal App:

I read this as the plan is to make Siena build universal apps?

I really look forward to that, and hope the new update will be released soon.....
