 For SharePoint 2013 Login, using both FBA and Windows Login. So we have customized FBA Login Page but for Windows Login, its showing as popup. So how to use similar kind of login in a page (not popup) and where can we find the logic to implement windows login

If you are using custom login page than you have to  change the login path in central admin.
