Our account was hacked a couple of days ago, with a spam email going to everyone in our address book.

We have reset password, as per information given by Microsoft but STILL cannot get into our account. 

There is an error message coming up which says - folder could not be displayed due to either low disk space or low memory.

What do we do now??

A very good occasion to switch to gmail or the new Yahoo mail!
